Multisport 2, run together with selected local sports clubs, is ideal for children born in 2017–2018 who love to move and want to try lots of different sports.
To build children's movement basics and fitness through a varied mix of sports. We want children to gain all-round skills, confidence and a love of movement that will help them in any sport and in life.
Sports clothes suited to the sport and setting (gym, outdoors).
Specific kit (e.g. cross-country skis) depending on the current sport block – we'll tell you in advance.
A water bottle and plenty of enthusiasm for new challenges!
Each 6-week block focuses on a different sport, so children get as much experience as possible:
Athletics: Running, jumping, throwing – building speed and strength.
Gymnastics/judo: Martial arts basics, discipline and flexibility.
Cross-country skiing: Winter fun and better stamina.
Basketball: Passing, dribbling and fun on court.
Swimming: Better technique and more confidence in the water.
Baseball: Bat-and-ball basics, coordination and teamwork.
Sessions take place in the gym, outdoors or at specialist venues, led by 2–3 experienced coaches who look after safety, individual attention and motivation.
Up to 25 children per group, so everyone gets attention.
2–3 qualified coaches keep things safe and support each child's progress.
CZK 6,450 for the full-year programme (September–June).

When training takes place outside Trutnov (e.g. cross-country skiing), KST Academy arranges transport together with parents. We'll go through the details at the first meeting.
