Multisport 1

To build children's movement basics and fitness through a varied mix of sports. We want children to gain all-round skills, confidence and a love of movement that will help them in any sport and in life.

Sports clothes suited to the sport and setting (gym, outdoors).

Specific kit (e.g. cross-country skis, bike, helmet) depending on the current sport block – we'll tell you in advance.

A water bottle and plenty of enthusiasm for new challenges!

Each 6-week block focuses on a different sport, so children get as much experience as possible:

• Athletics basics: Running, jumping, throwing – building speed and coordination.

• Gymnastics/judo basics: Flexibility, strength and the basics of martial arts.

• Winter sports: Cross-country skiing

• Ball game basics: Basketball

• Orienteering basics: Finding your way outdoors and thinking ahead.

• Mixed activities

Sessions take place in the gym, outdoors or at specialist venues, led by 2–3 experienced coaches who look after safety, individual attention and motivation.

Up to 25 children per group, so everyone gets attention.

2–3 qualified coaches keep things safe and support each child's progress.

CZK 6,450 for the full-year programme (September–June).

The price covers all activities, qualified coaching, organised transport and plenty of great sporting memories! + a KST Academy T-shirt worth CZK 690

When training takes place outside Trutnov (e.g. cross-country skiing), KST Academy arranges transport together with parents. We'll go through the details at the first meeting.
